If you are a 1st Timer or didn't fully complete the QUIZ last year when you log in - Take the 2024/25 1st Time Training
The Refresher will only work for users who completed the prerequisite (required) module form last year.

  • I can't sign up!

    If the sign up button is not appearing on the log in page, please drop us an email on info@educate-diabetes.co.uk.

  • My account is "Inactive"

    If you have not logged in for a while, your account may become inactive. 


    To reactivate your account just email info@educate-diabetes.co.uk with the Subject "Reactivate Account" and your name and email that was used to create the account.

  • I cant find the QUIZ?

    If you cannot see the QUIZ on your e-learning, you may need to click 'find new course'


    Add the QUIZ to your courses.


    Please note you cannot start with QUIZ without completing 100% of the LEARN.

  • What is the QUIZ password?

    At the end of your ENGAGE session (the webinar with the diabetes team), you will be told the password.


    The changes every session so make sure you complete the QUIZ as soon as possible after the ENGAGE session.
